Art is a way to problem solve, visualize and express ideas. It's a way to think outside the box. In fact, students are urged to find a new way to express a concept as an image. As a practicing artist and the author of a Printmaking textbook, I want to share my expertise and enthusiasm for art. I want the students to understand and appreciate how and why a piece of art is created.
